Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in SAP or ERP software and knowledge of GDN and GRN processes.

Position: Logistics Coordinator

We are urgently looking for an experience and motivated professional to join our team as an Logistics Coordinator

Experience: 2–5 Years
Required Skills: SAP/ERP, Logistics Coordination, Customer Care and Billing

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process sales orders from the Sales Team.
Coordinate effectively with the Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Maintain clear communication and coordination between all relevant departments.
Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
Handle GDN and GRN
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, stock movements, and billing transactions.
Use ERP software for daily transactions, billing, and documentation.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records and documentation.

Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience in Customer Care, Logistics Coordination, Billing, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP software is mandatory.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
