Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee our daily shipping, receiving, and transportation activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external carrier partners to keep freight moving on schedule and resolve any delivery delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements across regional and national channels.
• Carrier & Vendor Communication: Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Tracking & Problem-Solving: Monitor shipments in real time, troubleshoot transit bottlenecks, and proactively communicate delays to internal teams and clients.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, customs or safety paperwork, and update company logistics spreadsheets.
• Inventory Support: Reconcile incoming and outgoing stock, assist with audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or logistics preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, acute attention to detail, and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
