Logistics Coordinator

EOSi is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. They will work in the corporate office located in Pocasset, Massachusetts. This is a Full-Time in person position Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

· Electronic receipt, organization, filing and data entry of vendor generated information related to the shipping, manufacturing and delivery of the Company’s Products

· Vendor generated information includes: invoices, shipping paperwork, proof of delivery, bills of lading, scale tickets, manufacturing and inspection reports, etc.

· Data entry and data filing tasks occur in shared spreadsheets, the Company’s Epicor ERP system, Sharefiles in Microsoft Teams

· Communication with vendors by phone/email to request missing paperwork and to correct issues on paperwork received

· High attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft products is required

· Review billing for various services for compliance with pricing agreements, including raw materials cost, inbound freight costs, manufacturing, packaging, storage and outbound shipments

· Invoicing and accounts receivable support as needed.

· Inventory support – Maintain a basic knowledge and understanding of inventory management in support of Operations Team

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be a strong team player who is professional and courteous. Strong department and inter-department coordination required. Must be a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). CRM database experience (Salesforce) desired. Experience in ERP/Business Management Software (Epicor) desired. Associates or Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
