I'm currently partnering with a leading FMCG business that is looking to bring a Logistics Coordinator into its growing Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, premium consumer brand with a strong market presence and an exciting future ahead.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of customer orders and deliveries across the UK, working closely with internal teams, external logistics providers and key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: Oversee the customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Customer Service & Support: Act as a key point of contact for UK customers, managing order queries, delivery updates and service-related issues.
• 3PL & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with external warehouses, manufacturers, hauliers and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal Sales and Supply Chain teams, supporting promotional activity and customer requirements.
• Transport & Delivery Performance: Monitor delivery performance, investigate recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
• KPI Reporting: Track logistics performance and service levels, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of more efficient logistics and order management processes.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Logistics Coordination, ideally within FMCG.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers, warehouses or transport partners would be beneficial.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• An interest in developing a long-term career within supply chain and logistics.
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
