Job Title: Logistics Coordinator cum Admin

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator cum Admin to handle day-to-day logistics coordination and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on international shipments, ETD/ETA, delivery status, and freight forwarders.
• Handle shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, DO, and other logistics documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, clearing agents, and shipping companies.
• Handle basic office administration, documentation, filing, data entry, and MS Excel work.
• Assist with quotations, purchase orders, reports, and other office requirements.
• Occasionally visit banks for company-related work.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/admin preferred.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping and freight forwarding.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Driving License is an advantage. (Not Mandatory)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
