Logistics Coordinator (Customs Broker)

About the role

Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator who will take charge of end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely movement of goods worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of import/export logistics—from scheduling to customs compliance
• Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Letters of Credit)
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Monitor, track, and update stakeholders on shipments
• Resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate shipping records and databases
• Assist with financial matters related to shipments (SOA, collection monitoring, etc.)
• Compute and verify import-related charges, including Duties and Taxes, Demurrage, Detention, Landed Cost, and Brokerage Fees
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and recommend process improvements
• Support other business functions and projects as needed

Qualification

• 3 years' experience as a Logistics Coordinator
• Licensed customs broker
• Background in customer service is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes independently
• Proficient in computer applications and logistics systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration
