Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations for the US market.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience handling logistics, dispatch, customer, or sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch operations.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate loads, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer and operational queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems/documents.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, operational issues, and customer requirements.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Work closely with the team to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Support smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or sales coordination.
• Experience working with Canada logistics / transportation operations will be preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with office/business applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
