About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, German speaker logistics coordinator to oversee and streamline our end-to-end supply chain operations.

In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods and materials.

What You'll Do

• Operations Management: Coordinate daily logistics workflows, shipping schedules, and order tracking to guarantee seamless operations from origin to destination.

• Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Communicate proactively with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal warehouses to resolve transit discrepancies and prevent bottlenecks.

• Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain precise digital logs, update logistics and CRM platforms, and generate reports to monitor supply chain performance metrics.

• Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies within existing logistics processes and support initiatives aimed at optimizing transit times and cutting operating costs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with procurement, sales, and customer support departments to ensure transparent updates regarding order statuses and delivery timelines.

What You'll Bring

• German speaker B2 level with 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis, as well as Word and Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of Airtable, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, or the ability to quickly adapt to and learn internal CRM and database systems.

• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including outbound transportation processes and workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems effectively, collaborate with others, and contribute to team building and teamwork.
