We're looking for an experienced logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys solving problems and can effectively manage multiple priorities. You'll work closely with customers, transport providers and internal teams to keep day-to-day logistics activities running safely and smoothly.
What your role at ASCO will look like:
- Coordinate daily logistics, freight and transport activities across the Darwin operation.
- Manage the receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate freight scheduling, load planning and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate material movement records and logistics documentation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal teams.

- Resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and service delivery.
What you can bring to ASCO
Experience within logistics, transport, freight, warehousing, mining, oil & gas, marine or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, sound knowledge of transport and logistics operations, and confidence using Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems.
