Job Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily deliveries, drivers, helpers, vehicles and transportation activities. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Production and Digital Large Format teams, ensuring timely deliveries, managing last-minute changes, and maintaining efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries based on job completion, customer requirements and priorities.
• Assign routes and tasks to drivers/helpers and monitor delivery status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Digital Large Format and other departments on delivery requirements and timings.
• Maintain DOs, invoices, samples, delivery schedules, proof of delivery and driver/vehicle records.
• Handle urgent, rescheduled and delayed deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Follow up on missed deliveries and customer queries.
• Ensure drivers follow company policies, safe driving and proper vehicle-use procedures.
• Identify improvements in routing, scheduling, fleet and overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation.
• Good communication, coordination and learning skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous logistics experience is an advantage.
