Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups, transportation, delivery, and tracking.
• Monitor shipment timelines, update stakeholders, and resolve delays, losses, damages, or customs holds.
• Liaise with planners, suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to meet production and customer deadlines.
• Plan inbound deliveries based on warehouse capacity, including overflow storage and container unloading arrangements.
• Support customs clearance and ensure accurate import/export documentation.
• Prepare and review Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Maintain routing guides, carrier details, shipping accounts, and delivery instructions.
• Resolve shipping and invoice discrepancies and drive improvements in logistics processes.
