Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur, C.G. for a Logistics Coordinator / Sales Support for Imports and Exports. The role involves managing logistics operations, coordinating import and export activities, providing sales support, and ensuring smooth supply chain management.

Qualification:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving attitude.
• Personal ability to organize & implement work related activities.
• Effective communication, Inter Personal skills and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, process, documentation and operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Job Profile:

·      Select reputable and efficient carrier, transporter, and forwarder in arranging and transporting imports and local shipment.

·      Prepare accurate bill of lading and packing list according to the supplied data, records and information details given by the customer to have a fast documentation

·      Formulated rates for Sales Department and negotiate the best rate with the carrier, transporter and forwarder to increase profit margin.

·      Support the sales team and general manager, keep and update the client contact details, prepare and submit sales report, prepare and generate the sales order, send and follow up the quotation, and expedite the request for rush order.

·      Adhere customer complaint to the concerned department and swiftly resolve the issues to preserve customer loyalty while complying the company policy.

·      Answered emails and phone calls in a professional manner, arrange the required details to customers

·      Maintain the safety and security by following the procedure, monitoring the jobcards, and issuing invoices for required jobs
