Logistics Coordinator (Speaking Chinese)

• Responsible for the daily logistics transportation operations and on-site management at the customer’s premises.
• Coordinate with the customer, warehouse, drivers, and transportation suppliers, and follow up on vehicle arrival, loading, unloading, and completion of transportation tasks.
• Follow up on import/export drayage and domestic trucking operations in Thailand, ensuring that vehicles execute transportation tasks according to customer requirements.
• Promptly handle on-site operational exceptions, ad-hoc customer requirements, and vehicle-related issues during transportation.
• Collect, verify, and organize PODs (Proof of Delivery) and other relevant transportation documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm vehicle and driver arrangements and transportation execution status, and follow up on the resolution of operational exceptions.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or 3PL Operations.
• Hands-on experience in domestic trucking operations, including vehicle/driver coordination, loading/unloading, and delivery follow-up.
• Experience coordinating with customers, warehouses, drivers, and transportation suppliers.
• Knowledge of import/export drayage, container transportation, and transportation documentation is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday) and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.
