Logistics Coordinator (Stock Planning & Calculation)

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in any field. (If graduated from Logistics field is an advantage).
• At least 2 years as Logistics Coordinator (Import-Export) from Trading company.
• *Must have experience planning and managing stock as must be familiar with 'Stock Keeping Rate Grade Calculation' and oversea purchasing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Upper intermediate level of English (For internal & external communication, if have TOEIC score will be an advantage).

Job Description :

Team of 7-8 staffs

• Coordinate with sales for cargo arrangement.
• Follow up information and status of cargo arrangement.
• Response to arrangement schedule of customers about purchased orders and/or production plan.
• Issue perchase orders (PO) and/or production plans by following instructions.
• Communicate with overseas and/or outsource compounder for cargo arrangement.
• Monitor the level of storage stock to be at appropriate level at all time.
• Update and share stock status to related parties when facing problem about suppliers or excessive stock.
• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels under normal operating conditions.
• Manage inventory allocation for customers based on standard allocation principles.
• Monitor customer's sales & order situation for abnormal case and share to related party.
• Other tasks upon requested.

Work hour:

Mon. - Fri. 8.30-17.00 (Flexible work hours & WFH 2 days/week after probation)
