Logistics Coordinator (TUAS)

About the role

This role involves managing delivery routes, overseeing local order preparation, handling sales returns, managing delivery issues, coordinating with stakeholders, receiving and putting away 3PL goods, and supporting labelling and repacking operations.

Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.45pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Tuas South

Transport pickup/drop off: Boon Lay MRT

Key responsibilities

• Plan, sequence, and communicate daily delivery routes to drivers
• Update route plans based on urgent orders or last-minute changes
• Ensure special customer instructions and delivery limitations are highlighted
• Guide the preparation team on next-day deliveries
• Monitor picking, packing, labelling, and invoice accuracy
• Ensure pallet and cargo optimization for load efficiency
• Submit returned item documents to tally for receiving and verification
• Address delivery failures and handle short/excess quantities, damage, or wrong delivery cases
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse, 3PL teams, and Sales for delivery updates
• Verify goods received from 3PL warehouse match documentation

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant logistics or warehouse (export) coordination experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Attention to details and good organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times
