Role Overview: Are you an experienced logistics or customer operations professional looking to take ownership of critical operations when the rest of the industry powers down? We are seeking two high-performing, proactive Weekend Operations & Escalations Coordinators (Mid-Level) to drive our weekend and after-hours coverage. In this role, you won't just be monitoring freight—you will serve as the primary operational backbone during non-standard business hours. You will safeguard supply chain continuity, manage high-stakes customer escalations, protect cargo integrity, and keep complex shipments moving seamlessly across our network. Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Freight Tracking & Visibility:

• Monitor active shipments, load movements, and transit updates across internal management systems and external tracking platforms (e.g., Trucker Tools).
• Proactively identify potential transit delays or exceptions, taking immediate corrective action to maintain on-time performance.
• Maintain complete, real-time data integrity across customer portals and internal TMS platforms.

Escalation Management & High-Stakes Customer Support:

• Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact for priority customer accounts during weekend operations.
• Independently resolve complex operational challenges, carrier issues, and urgent customer escalations without requiring direct supervision.
• Deliver prompt, precise, and professional written and verbal updates to key stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Strictly execute cargo fraud prevention protocols and carrier verification procedures before releasing pickup numbers or sensitive dispatch details.
• Validate carrier documentation, credentials, and track records to safeguard high-value freight.
• Escalate severe operational anomalies or security risks to leadership via established protocols.

General Operational Execution:

• Handle high-volume inquiries from shippers, receivers, and motor carriers with a customer-first mindset.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all shipment events, accessorial charges, and communication logs.
• Facilitate seamless operational handoffs between weekday teams and weekend shifts to maintain uninterrupted service quality.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, freight brokerage, transportation management, or Track & Trace, with demonstrated customer-facing responsibilities.
• BPO / CSR Background: Previous experience as a BPO Customer Service Representative (CSR) or in a high-volume call/chat support environment is a strong plus.
• Communication: Superior verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate complex operational updates clearly and diplomatically under pressure.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of resolving unpredictable, fast-moving logistical issues independently.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), tracking tools (such as Trucker Tools), and multi-channel communication tools.
• Self-Sufficiency & Ownership: High degree of autonomy, time-management capabilities, and comfortable operating as a decisive anchor during after-hours operations.
• Attention to Detail: Uncompromising precision regarding data entry, fraud prevention checks, and shipment documentation.
