Logistics Coordinator/Store Encoder

A leading distributor of Pharma and Biomedical Products is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator/Store Encoder to join our team in Qatar. As a Logistics Coordinator/Store Encoder you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of our company's logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and invoice all customer orders received accurately and on time according to the local purchase orders(to private and Government sectors)
• Verify that all orders comply with approved bonus schemes, special prices, and discounts.
• Maintain good customer relations and clarify any queries related to received orders.
• Inform the relevant company representatives of any discrepancies identified in customer orders.
• Maintain organized records of all purchase orders received and their corresponding invoices.
• Monitor all printed invoices and ensure timely order supply and delivery.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to verify customer account status.
• Coordinate with assigned company representatives to obtain order approvals and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain an accurate log of supplied orders, including delivery dates and assigned drivers.
• Submit all monthly invoices to the Finance Department for further processing.
• Track and monitor the daily invoices and Local purchase orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the medical distribution field.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail in order processing and invoicing.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, sales representatives, finance, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
