Logistics Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and within required timelines.
• Coordinate and submit operational reports according to customer schedules.
• Liaise with customers to resolve order, inventory, and shipment-related matters.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare accurate billing and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.
• Organise and maintain customer records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Monitor and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
• Support additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations is an added advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes.
