Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping and delivery inquiries
• Track orders and shipment status
• Handle concerns about delays, missing, or damaged packages
• Provide accurate information about deliveries and shipping policies
• Coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve concerns
• Update customer and shipment information in the system
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary

Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and handle different concerns
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
