Logistics Data Analysis Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and consolidate logistics data from various systems, including WFM, FBI, Last Mile Dashboard, and Subcon Reports.
• Conduct statistical analysis of key operational metrics, including Productivity, CPP, Volume Trends, Incentives, Turnover Rate, and Hub Performance.
• Develop, maintain, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Create and maintain dashboards and pivot reports to monitor key performance indicators, including TSAT, Volume Forecast, and Plan Accuracy.
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and anomalies, and collaborate with relevant teams to improve data accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize operational performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Hub, Fleet, and Subcontractor teams to ensure the timely submission of operational data and reports.
• Manage administrative tasks related to logistics operations, including data documentation, record management, filing, and report preparation.
• Prepare and organize data and supporting documentation for audits, operational reviews, and planning activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Data Entry, Data Analysis, or related roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data analysis functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, or other dashboard and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations, including Hub operations, route optimization, IC/Subcontractor processes, Workforce Management (WFM), and Cost per Parcel (CPP) structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of operational data.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional operational teams.
