Logistics Data Analyst

Jupiter AI Labs Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Analyst to help organize, review, and interpret data related to shipping activities and supply chain operations. This position focuses on identifying patterns in shipment records, maintaining accurate operational data, and preparing reports that help the team understand delivery performance and workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with spreadsheets, checking information for inconsistencies, and turning raw data into useful summaries. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, organization, and an understanding of how accurate information supports day-to-day logistics decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data related to shipments, delivery schedules, transportation costs, and order status.
• Review logistics records for missing information, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal databases used to track transportation activity.
• Prepare recurring reports on shipment volumes, delivery timelines, and operational performance.
• Compare planned delivery schedules with actual shipment results and document significant differences.
• Identify recurring delays, data errors, and other patterns that may affect logistics operations.
• Work with logistics and operations staff to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing information.
• Assist in developing standardized reporting formats and data-entry procedures.
• Summarize findings in clear reports for operational review.
• Handle business and shipment information responsibly and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, data analysis, reporting, or operations support is preferred.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Good numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize large amounts of information and identify inconsistencies.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to explain findings.
• Familiarity with transportation, inventory, or supply chain data is an advantage.
• Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or business intelligence software is a plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently on assigned tasks.

Pay: $26.40 - $31.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
