Logistics Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables, including invoice processing, reviews, cost allocation, and settlements.
• Prepare and analyze weekly production and customer service reports, identify trends, and escalate risks.
• Handle client issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate proactively with clients through meetings and conference calls regarding deliverable status.
• Prepare and support monthly business reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries and daily customer service correspondence.
• Review client data reports and recommend improvements to processes, content, and turnaround times.
• Provide backup support as assigned by management.
• Travel to client sites occasionally and work outside regular hours when needed.
• Communicate professionally in English and any required regional language.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or financial analysis, particularly in billing, cost allocation, data analysis, or accounts payable (AP); ERP/MRP experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages may be required depending on client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros, formulas, and reporting tools.
• Able to work under pressure, manage interruptions, and handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Able to make sound decisions and guide colleagues and customers even without formal authority.
• Proactive, dependable, results-oriented, and an effective team player.
• Professional and capable of working with people at all organizational levels.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules to support 24/5 operations.
