Logistics Director

Role Description The Logistics Director at مكتب محاماة will oversee and optimize the firm’s logistical operations to support legal teams and administrative functions. This part-time remote role includes managing the movement, storage, and tracking of physical and digital case materials, coordinating vendors and service providers, and ensuring timely delivery of resources to various locations. The Logistics Director will develop and implement logistics policies, monitor performance metrics, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with leadership and staff to forecast needs, manage inventories, and align logistics activities with the firm’s strategic objectives. The Logistics Director will prepare regular reports, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and support business continuity and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing and distribution of resources.
• Strong background in Logistics Management and Operations Management to design, implement, and oversee efficient workflows and policies.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Operations, inventory management, and resource tracking across multiple locations or channels.
• Ability to analyze data, use logistics or ERP software, and develop performance metrics and dashboards for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, administrative, and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing logistics in professional services or law firm environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
