Job Description – Logistics Driver

Position: Logistics Driver
Location: Sembawang
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, including meal break

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport workers between dormitories and construction sites.
• Follow assigned daily transport schedules and designated routes.
• Ensure workers arrive safely and on time at their respective locations.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before and after each trip.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with ad-hoc logistics and transportation duties when required.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company safety requirements, and operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records such as trip schedules, vehicle checks and other relevant documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to workers and site personnel.
• Support other logistics or transport-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Previous experience as a driver is required.
• Experience in construction, engineering or logistics is preferred.
• Experience transporting workers is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work early mornings, overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
