The Logistics Encoder is responsible for encoding, updating, and maintaining accurate logistics data related to shipments, deliveries, inventory, and warehouse operations. Ensured the accuracy and completeness of records, prepared necessary logistics documents, and provided administrative support to facilitate smooth and efficient daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Encoded and updated shipment details, delivery information, inventory records, and other logistics-related data into the company system.
• Verified the accuracy and completeness of data before encoding and submitting records.
• Prepared, organized, and maintained delivery receipts, invoices, waybills, and other logistics documents.
• Assisted in tracking shipment status and updating delivery records.
• Maintained and organized physical and electronic files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Prepared daily reports and data summaries as required by the supervisor.
• Corrected encoding errors and updated records when necessary.
• Performed other administrative and logistics-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Open for fresh graduates
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Filipino

Employment Type: Project-based

Duration: 3 months

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
