Logistics Engineer

We are looking for a Logistics Engineer to manage and coordinate logistics activities for our Wind Energy Construction Project in Calbayog City. The successful candidate will be responsible for transportation planning, shipment monitoring, importation and customs coordination, and ensuring the timely delivery of project materials and equipment to support construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the transportation and delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, contractors, and other logistics partners.
• Manage customs clearance and support tax/duty (tariff) exemption applications for imported project materials and equipment.
• Ensure logistics activities are aligned with project schedules and applicable Philippine regulations.
• Prepare logistics reports, shipment updates, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Construction teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor and resolve logistics and transportation issues to minimize project delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project logistics and transportation management is required.
• Experience coordinating Philippine import customs clearance and tax/duty (tariff) exemption processing for imported project materials and equipment.
• Familiarity with shipping, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and import/export procedures.
• Strong coordination, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP or logistics management system experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or power projects.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and oversized cargo transportation is an advantage.
• Experience working with multinational project teams is a plus.
• Experience in handling project cargo and international shipments is an advantage

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
