Logistics Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage logistics operations for oil & gas projects, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customs agents to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation related to transportation and logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in logistics coordination within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other export/import documents.
• Experience working with various modes of transportation (e.g., sea freight, air freight).
• Familiarity with software such as Excel or specialized logistics management systems.
