Logistics Executive

• Shift Operations Management
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Monitor loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure adherence to shift schedules and timely completion of tasks.
• Team Supervision
• Lead and guide warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers during the shift.
• Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct shift briefings and resolve on-ground issues.
• Inventory & Documentation
• Verify stock movement against records.
• Maintain accurate shift-wise reports (dispatch, receipts, damages, returns).
• Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and customer requirements.
• Report incidents, accidents, or near misses promptly.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
• Provide real-time updates to management on shift performance.
• Escalate operational bottlenecks for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
