Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation and shipment operations.
• Plan and schedule deliveries; oversee loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with 3PL vendors, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients regarding deliveries and delays.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Handle e-way bills, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
• Resolve delays, damages, complaints, and operational issues.
• Monitor and optimize freight, warehousing, and manpower costs.
• Track logistics KPIs and prepare MIS/reports for management.
• Travel up to 2 days/week within Bangalore to warehouses.
• Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in logistics/transportation/supply chain.
• Skills: Logistics/Inventory software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
