Logistics Executive

Role Overview

The Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth, end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics operations across both local and international regions. This includes processing and verifying orders, coordinating with warehouses and logistics providers, monitoring shipment flows, and maintaining accurate documentation and system updates. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support efficient, timely, and accurate supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process order documents for both local and international shipments.

• Export and organize daily orders from the backend system.

• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure accurate packing, dispatch, and delivery.

• Handle packing and shipping for Malaysia local orders.

• Upload and monitor shipment tracking information (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) in backend systems.

• Verify shipment and return records, ensuring consistency with warehouse documentation.

• Monitor inflow, returns, and daily order flow across assigned regions.

• Perform weekly stock counts and end-of-month stock reconciliations with branches and warehouses.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure order-to-stock consistency.

• Use Microsoft Excel and PDF tools to handle data, reporting, invoices, and inventory adjustments.

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification; 2 years of related working experience preferred

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible and proactive work attitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: sorting, filtering, formulas) and ERP/warehouse management systems.

• Familiarity with international and local shipping procedures (DHL, UPS, FedEx) is an advantage.

• Language: Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; Cantonese is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day weeks)

Weekends: May be required occasionally to support company events or special activities
