What they need
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of delivery status, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange and plan routes, process shipments within the targeted timeline
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from Customers or third party
- Supervise, coach and train logistic workforce
- Delegate appropriate task to subordinate and ensure complete in targeted timeline
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Collaborating with internal department to investigate and solve any delivery, goods and transport issue
- Verify and justify driver’s monthly overtime claim
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.
