Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage international shipments, export-import documentation, freight coordination and customs clearance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations including freight forwarding, transportation and warehousing for international shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for timely dispatch and inventory updates.
• Prepare and verify EXIM documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificate of Origin and Customs documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and CHA.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, documentation issues and customs-related problems.
• Maintain EDPMS and BRC-related records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas clients and internal teams for shipment updates.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or International Trade preferred.
• Freshers with relevant internship, logistics knowledge or basic understanding of EXIM procedures can also apply.
• Good knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms and Customs clearance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and EXIM portals.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or FMCG export logistics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
