Logistics Executive

Job Description:

• Issuance of spare parts and consumables
• Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards
• Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between transporter and clients
• Receiving of incoming inbound shipment
• Generate delivery order for next day delivery
• Perform monthly/semester and annual stock check
• Generate monthly Purchase Order (PO) for sections head
• Perform monthly inventory analysis to maintain optimal stock level
• Prepare monthly report for inventory, deliveries and logistics performance
• Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma with 10 years’ experience
• GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS office applications
• 1 year of working experience or more in the related field or similar position
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
