What they need
Shipping & freight: Process deliveries; coordinate picking/packing, forwarders/couriers and shipment status; ensure on-time, accurate dispatch and control freight cost.
Inventory & warehouse control: Maintain accurate SAP/system records; conduct cycle counts/stock-takes; reconcile discrepancies; ensure proper storage, identification, lot/batch traceability and material handling.
Documentation & labels: Prepare/verify DO, invoice, packing list and shipping/export documents; create and verify product/carton/barcode labels against physical goods, customer requirements and system records before dispatch.
Support barcode implementation; investigate shipping/inventory issues; prepare NCR/CAPA with root cause and preventive actions; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements with cross functional teams.
