What they need
- Handle documentation and shipping coordination.
- Prepare and submit all required documents for customs clearance.
- Liaise with freight forwarders on shipment arrangements.
- Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide updated schedules and information to the project team.
- Manage the scheduling and booking of lorries, trailers, and other transportation required for site deliveries.
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with shipping terms and operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
