Car Medic is a DOE-licensed Authorised Automobile Treatment Facility (AATF) specialising in end-of-life vehicle disposal, JPJ e-Deregistration, and scheduled waste management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate daily vehicle towing operations, manage towing vendors, oversee vehicle intake, and maintain accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily vehicle collection, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Schedule and manage towing arrangements with customers and service providers.
• Plan and optimise daily logistics schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor collection progress and manage any changes, delays, or rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates on logistics activities.

2. Vehicle Intake & Documentation

• Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming vehicles.
• Verify vehicle details and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records & supporting documentation.
• Update operational systems and track vehicle movement and status.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers between relevant departments.

3. Vendor & Operational Management

• Liaise with external logistics vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service provider performance and adherence to operational requirements.
• Identify and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and operational efficiency.
• Support company projects and other logistics-related assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, dispatch, or yard operations.

• Proficient in digital task management and logistics systems.

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, particularly in vehicle identification and documentation.

• Able to manage multiple assignments and work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate effectively.
