JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics, dispatch, and transportation operations. The candidate will coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily dispatch and transportation activities from the manufacturing unit
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics companies, drivers, and customers
• Arrange vehicles according to material quantity, destination, and delivery requirements
• Prepare and verify Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, LR/Bilty, and other dispatch documents
• Track dispatched materials and maintain proper delivery records
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth dispatch operations
• Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery confirmation
• Handle issues related to delayed, damaged, short, or misplaced materials
• Maintain records of freight charges, transportation expenses, PODs, and transporter bills
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and proper packing of materials
• Maintain daily logistics and dispatch reports
• Verify transporter bills and supporting documents before submitting them for payment
• Maintain transporter details, vehicle records, freight rates, and delivery records
• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Candidate must have a Manufacturing industry background, with prior experience working in a logistics company
• Good knowledge of logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse coordination
• Knowledge of GST documents, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, Invoice, LR/Bilty, and POD
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and deliveries simultaneously
• Good negotiation skills with transporters
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software will be an advantage
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
