Job Descriptions

1. To execute 3rd Party Shipment arrangements for warehousing and inbound outbound freight operations
2. To ensure operational excellent through all phases of material movement for inwards and outwards.
3. Ensure production schedules are met effectively through proper inwards delivery plan
4. Drive cost savings through all phases of material / goods movement process
5. Oversees operational logistics needs, include daily operation use
6. Coordinate all incoming (inwards) shipments for 3 plants and Outwards Shipment (Mak Mandin plant)
7. To prepare forwarders' or transporters' quotations, make comparisons and prepare proposals.
8. To liaise with customs, forwarders and logistic companies for import and export shipments
9. To assist the superior to establish standards of procedures for delivery(inwards)activities and outwards for Mak Mandin.
10. Require strong attention to detail, proven and confident decision-making with excellent communication skills
11. Maintain customs compliance for all import and export processes.
12. Drive cost savings through all phases of material/goods movement process
13. Problem solving especially during urgent shipment.
14. Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Raw Material
15. Result-oriented and work closely with production and raw material for shipment clearance during urgent order
16. To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time
