Responsibilities:

• To build good customer relationship and follow up of customers request
• Ensure customer’s orders are processed & reply email in a timely and accurately manner
• Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the CS Managers/Management for improvements;
• Provide customer support whenever required.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity
