What they need
Key responsibilities
- Manage the overall stocks and inventory
- Key in and maintain the inventory in the Auto-count System
- Prepare forecasts
- Coordinate with other departments (mainly sales and operations) for forecasts and delivery orders
- Supervise the warehouse operations
- Shipping / Logistics (Import/Export)
- Compare & negotiate the rates with forwarders
- Prepare documentations for Exports
- Local and overseas purchases, price negotiation with suppliers
About you
- Degree required
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software (Auto-count would be an advantage)
- Capable of working independently and self-motivated
- Able to start working immediately
- Fluent written and spoken English
