Logistics Executive

• Arrange and maintain the godown in a clean, organized, and systematic manner.
• Perform regular stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and verify quantities.
• Assist the purchase team by coordinating with suppliers and following up on orders.
• Support billing activities by preparing and verifying invoices before processing.
• Verify purchase and sales invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Pack products securely for dispatch according to company standards.
• Arrange courier services, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate timely dispatch of materials.
• Track dispatched consignments and maintain courier records.
• Update stock movement, inward, and outward registers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
