Logistics Executive

1. Import Clearance Operations

• Review all shipment documentation before submission to freight forwarders.
• Follow up daily with freight forwarders regarding shipment status and customs clearance progress.
• Coordinate health release procedures and required approvals.
• Prepare and process payment requests for customs duties and related charges.
• Receive and record imported ingredients through the GPAO system.
• Ensure all import activities comply with local customs regulations and company procedures.

2-Export Shipping Operations

• Coordinate with marine transport companies to reserve export containers.
• Prepare and print export labels and shipping documentation.
• Issue and verify export-related documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping instructions.
• Follow up freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Coordinate with trucking companies for local transportation arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status until final delivery.

Job Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain coordination within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience working with the Nafeza system.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Negotiation and supplier follow-up abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent shipments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to sudden operational changes.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
