Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dispatches and finished goods transportation.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
- Handle dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and LR/GR.
- Track shipments and follow up on proof of delivery (POD).
- Monitor freight costs and ensure cost-effective vehicle utilization.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily logistics MIS reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and accounts teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch, preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
- Knowledge of transportation, e-way bills, and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
