Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery

• Preparing and sharing pre-shipment documents within strict internal deadlines so cargo loading is never delayed.
• Processing final documents and dispatching original sets to international buyers immediately after the vessel sails to prevent clearing delays at the destination port.

1. Productivity

• Rapidly fixing any documentation errors flagged by forwarding agent or shipping lines.
• Ensuring 100% accurate and real-time entry of shipping data, container numbers, and tracking statuses into SAP system.

1. Safety, Health & Environment

• Ensure the FG trolleys are good condition for FG transports.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and orderly.
• Responsible for the security of the stock and the warehouse.
• Comply to warehouse OHSA rules.
• Ensure the Forklift condition is meeting PGF safety specification.

1. Quality

• Maintaining high efficiency and seamless updates between internal teams (warehouse & finance) and external partners (freight forwarders & liners).

1. Cost

• Ensuring zero container delays, port storage fees (demurrage) or container usage fees (detention) caused by missing, late or incorrect documentation.

1. Morale

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To support other team members whenever required.

Person Specifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International

  Business or related fields.

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation or freight forwarding.

• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

• Problem-solving skills.
