Logistics Executive, Delivery Partner Management

Amazon is seeking a Logistics Executive for our Delivery Partner Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Amazon's Delivery Service Partners, being the bridge between partners and Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

• Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of transportations operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
• Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications
• Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvements
• Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of the industry practices and apply when solving business problems

A day in the life
1- Monitoring operational performance of the program
2- Own network compliance score for the associated accounts
3- Tracking capacity reliability of the partners

4- Launching multiple new projects or services via coordination with stakeholders and on ground partners
5- Touchbase with partners as part of regular or ad-hoc connects to ensure business running smoothly
4- Coordinating with various stakeholders and DSPs to resolve issues

About the team
Amazon's Delivery Partner Management team is responsible for managing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across networks across the region. They manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, they work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges, influence their business planning and strategy, identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
