Roles and responsibilities
- Data mapping from the booking packing list for booking and from the final packing list into the planning chart for Invoice creation & tracking
- E-Booking submission in the forwarder's/buyer's portal and booking amendment (Qty, Ctns, volume or handover date revision).
- Tax Invoice creation in Spandan as per the final packing list and checking the PO price, address, etc
- Commercial Invoice creation and supporting documents preparation
- Commercial documents uploaded in the forwarder/buyer's portal or hard copy documents submission (courier to the buyer/buying office or forwarder office).
