Logistics Executive - Junior
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Changi
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipment operations to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight partners, and overseas agents on shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, delivery orders, and other logistics-related documentation.
• Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cargo collection, delivery, and customs clearance where required.
• Update and maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and operational records.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or shipping operations.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
• Willing to learn, Training is Provided
