Logistics Executive – Transportation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Executive to support our Transport operations in Puchong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, support and coordinating on drivers , transportation and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transportation and delivery arrangements for delivery and collection.
• Arrange lorries, trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules according to pick up and delivery
• Liaise closely with seafreight and airfreight, vendor and supplier on delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain delivery records, Delivery Orders (DO), transportation documents, and other related documentation.
• Track transportation movements, manage driver and documentation.
• Manage to secure new business, order and maintain on regular basis.
• Monitor transportation costs and assist in arranging cost-effective logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in logistics and transportation or a related field is preferred.
• Experience handling logistics transportation be an added advantage.
• Able to coordinate multiple delivery schedules and transportation arrangements effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with drivers, suppliers, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Able to work independently and respond quickly to changes in site or delivery schedules.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Whats App communication.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Others language will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with road, highway and cross border
