Hiring: Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Shipping Bills and export documentation.
• Checklist verification and approval.
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Customs clearance and shipment documentation.
• Internal coordination with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Maintaining shipment records and timely updates.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in export logistics/documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping bills, customs procedures, and export documentation.
• SAP experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
