Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of pre-shipment documents, including:
• Proforma Invoice
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Purchase Order processing
• Preparation and handling of post-shipment documents, including:
• Bill of Lading copies
• Shipping Bill copies
• Certificate of Origin (COO)
• Other export-related documentation
• Maintain and organize all export documentation and records.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all documents.
• Coordinate internally with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Support documentation compliance as per export requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in export documentation.
• Basic knowledge of pre-shipment and post-shipment processes.
• Candidates with Rice Export experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from an FMCG background may also be considered.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy.
